  • Technical Data: IP address, device information, and browsing behavior via cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel).

2. How Do We Use Your Data?

We don't collect data just for the sake of it. We use it to:

  • Fulfill Orders: The essentials — confirming your order, coordinating Cash on Delivery, and shipping your items to your door.
  • Contact You: Send order updates, confirm delivery times, or answer your questions via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Marketing (With Your Consent): If you opt-in, we'll send you newsletters about new drops and use retargeting to remind you of pieces you liked.
  • Improve the Experience: Use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel to understand what's working on our site and what isn't.

3. Who Do We Share It With?

We never sell your data. We only share it with trusted partners necessary to run our business:

  • Shopify: Our e-commerce platform.
  • Releasit: Our Cash on Delivery order form provider.
  • Shipping Partners: Local Moroccan carriers who deliver your orders.
  • Marketing & Analytics Tools: Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok for analytics and targeted ads.
  • Communication Tools: Email and WhatsApp providers we use to reach you about your order.

4. Your Rights

Since we are based in Morocco and may serve customers internationally, we follow both Moroccan data protection law (Loi 09-08) and high international standards. Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct any inaccurate information.
  • Delete your data from our systems (the "Right to be Forgotten").

Your data is stored on Shopify's secure servers, which are protected by industry-standard encryption. Payment information for Cash on Delivery orders is never stored on our systems — you pay our courier in cash at the moment of delivery.
