Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Fennart. Here is how we handle your order, from our workshop to your doorstep.
1. Delivery Area
We ship across all of Morocco — from Tangier to Dakhla, and everywhere in between. Every order is delivered straight to your address, with Cash on Delivery so you only pay when your piece arrives in your hands.
2. Timelines: Production + Shipping
Because every piece is handcrafted to order, your delivery time consists of two steps:
- Production (Handcrafting): It takes 2 to 3 business days max to craft, finish, and quality-check your piece.
- Shipping (Transit): Once your piece is ready and picked up by our courier, delivery usually takes 24 to 72 hours depending on your city.
Total Estimated Time: Most customers receive their order within 3 to 6 business days after placing it.
Delivery to major cities (Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Fez, Agadir) is typically on the faster end. More remote areas may take a little longer.
3. Shipping Address & Phone Number
Please provide a valid, complete address and a working phone number at checkout. Since we ship Cash on Delivery, our courier will call you to coordinate the delivery.
- Address Errors: If an incomplete or invalid address causes a delay or a return, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.
- Unreachable Customer: Our courier will attempt to call you multiple times. If we cannot reach you and the package is returned, reshipping will require you to cover the new delivery costs.
- Refused Delivery: Refusing delivery without a valid reason (such as visible damage) may affect your ability to order from us in the future.
4. Tracking Your Order
The moment your piece is ready and handed off to our courier, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can follow its journey directly through the link provided, and our courier will call you before arriving.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in over 5 business days, please let us know. If a package is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will send a free replacement immediately.
6. Receiving Your Order
When the courier arrives:
- Inspect the package before paying. Make sure it is sealed and undamaged.
- Film an unboxing video from the moment the courier hands you the package — this is required for any damage claims (see our Refund Policy).
- Pay in cash the exact amount shown on your order confirmation.
